Gift Cards

Terms & Conditions 

All Terms and Conditions apply to both physical and digital gift card purchases, except where specified. 

1. Expiration and Fees

Hourglass Gift Cards do not expire.

No inactivity fees, service fees, or maintenance fees apply to Hourglass Gift Cards.

 

2. Refunds and Purchases

All Gift Card purchases are final sale. No refunds are permitted for any Gift Card purchased. 

Digital Gift Cards are non-transferrable and non-exchangeable. 

Digital Gift Cards are only available as USD domestic purchases; Digital Gift Cards are not available for purchase with non-USD currencies. 

Sales tax is not charged on a Digital Gift Card purchase; taxes are charged on redemption of Digital Gift Card. State taxes may be added where applicable. 

 

3. Redeeming Gift Cards

Gift Cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card or redeemed for credit towards any other non-merchandise purchases.

If the amount of your Digital Gift Card is greater than your total order amount, the balance is stored on the Digital Gift Card, and can be used with the same gift card code. 

If the amount of your Digital Gift Card is less than your total order amount, you will need to pay the remainder of your purchase with another valid payment method. 

 

4. Loss, Theft, or Damage

Hourglass is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or destroyed Gift Cards, nor for unauthorized use of Gift Cards. Hourglass will not replace lost, stolen or destroyed Gift Cards. We recommend keeping your Gift Card in a safe place.

 

5. Altered or Damaged Cards

Hourglass reserves the right to reject any altered, damaged, or illegible Gift Cards. Gift Cards that have been tampered with or damaged in a way that impairs their use may not be accepted.

 

6. Terms and Conditions Binding

By purchasing, using, or accepting a Gift Card, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions and any updates or modifications made to them.
