ARTIST TIP
For a diffused effect, define the eyes along the upper lash line with Voyeur Waterproof Gel Eyeliner and blend with the Nº11 Brush. Pair with a contrasting color of 1.5MM Mechanical Gel Eye Liner to create depth and definition at the root of the lashes. For a winged look, extend the liner past the outer corner of the eye using short strokes until desired length is achieved.
