How to use

Line eyes with Voyeur Waterproof Gel Eyeliner by twisting base to dispense product. After use, retract and firmly replaceto prevent the formula from drying out. Using your fingertips, apply Scattered Light Glitter Eyeshadow all over eyelid and layer for more intensity. Starting at the base of the lashes, pull Unlocked Instant Extensions Mascara brush straight through from root to tip. One application provides an instant effect, but additional coats add intense definition, length, and lift.
