DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & METHODS
UPS SHIPPING CONTINENTAL US RATES
Hourglass Cosmetics orders are typically processed within two business days.
A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Next Business Day, 2 Business Day, and 3 Business Day orders placed before 12:00 p.m. PST (noon) are shipped the same business day. Expedited orders placed after 12:00 p.m. PST (noon) will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Please note that we do not currently ship to Alaska, APO/FPO, US territories, hotels, or P.O. boxes.

Due to import restrictions imposed by local governments, we do not ship to freight forwarders.
TRACK MY DOMESTIC ORDER
When your order ships from our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a UPS tracking number. To track your shipment, go to https://www.ups.com/tracking.html and enter your UPS tracking number.
If you have an account with hourglasscosmetics.com, the UPS tracking number will be updated in My Account after your order ships (domestic orders only).
DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY
Return within 45 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Receive a complimentary return when you use our pre-paid shipping label and your return is received within 20 days from the date of purchase. Returns received after 20 days from the date of purchase will have a return shipping fee of $7.95 deducted from the return total. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Kindly return merchandise purchased in an Hourglass Cosmetics store or department store to the original purchase location where individual retailer return policies apply. We regret that we are unable to process returns or exchanges for products purchased with one of our retailers.
Refunds are made to the same method of payment. If an e-gift card was used, that return will be credited as a new code/online credit.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOMESTIC RETURNS
Returns are fast and easy.
1. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. Please mention your order number and the item(s) you are returning. Once reviewed, a pre-paid UPS return shipping label will be emailed to you.
2. Pack the return and a copy of the packing slip in the original package, if possible. Remove all prior shipping labels from the parcel.
3. Attach the pre-paid UPS return shipping label to the parcel. If you opt to use your own shipper, we suggest that you use a traceable carrier.
4. Take your package to any UPS location or give your package to any UPS driver making a regular pickup or delivery at your residence or place of business. Find your nearest UPS location at https://www.ups.com/dropoff.

Returns are typically processed within three to five business days from the date the return is received. After your return is processed, kindly allow three to five business days for a credit card refund to post to your billing statement.

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT OPTIONS
When you checkout with our e-commerce partner, Fedex CrossBorder, you will be presented with payment options including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, BC Card, and Diner’s Club International. All orders are subject to verification and approval prior to shipping.
Hourglass Cosmetics gift cards may not be used for international checkout. Paypal also may not be used as payment for international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COST
All international orders are shipped via FedEx CrossBorder. When you check out with our e-commerce partner, FedEx CrossBorder, you will be presented with an order total in your local currency that includes all duties and taxes. There are no additional costs billed upon delivery or due as COD charges.
International shipping rates are calculated by the weight and dimensions of the box received at the FedEx CrossBorder warehouse, located in Fontana, California. This means that your order confirmation email will show a U.S. shipping address of Fontana, California. Be assured that your order will then be forwarded to your international address from that FedEx CrossBorder facility. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are typically delivered within 6-10 business days (includes 2 days order processing time, 1 day order transport to FedEx CrossBorder ’s shipping facility in Fontana, California, 3-7 business days for FedEx shipment). Delivery times go into effect the day after you place your order.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
When you check out with our e-commerce partner, Fedex CrossBorder, you will be presented with an order total that includes all duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. The price quote for duties and taxes is based upon the national laws of the country to which the order is shipping.
Your credit card will be billed by our e-commerce partner, Fedex CrossBorder, at the time your parcel is shipped from the US. Your credit card statement will reflect a charge from Fedex CrossBorder, not Hourglass Cosmetics.
